Terms and Conditions

1. Orders & Delivery

All orders must be paid in full at checkout using available payment methods: credit card, debit card, or other methods listed on the website.

• Pickup from Nazareth (lower cost, sometimes free).
• Home delivery (higher cost).
• Delivery costs vary and are shown before checkout.

2. Customer Responsibility

Ensure all contact details are correct for delivery/pickup notifications. Collect your order promptly from the pickup point if chosen.

3. Legal Compliance

We comply with Israeli consumer protection laws and payment security standards.

4. Refund & Return Policy

Refunds will only be granted if:

• The request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The customer follows our return procedure in full.

If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the legal right to deny the refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Pre-Shipment Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we may charge a cancellation fee. This fee will include:

• Product Price Fee: A fee of up to 15% of the total product cost to cover administrative and handling costs.
• Supplier’s Processing Fee: If the product has already been built, assembled, or customized, a higher fee may apply, which could be up to 50% of the product’s total cost.
• Shipment Fee: The cost of shipping, which will be calculated based on the delivery method selected at checkout, even if the product has not yet been shipped.

This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If the cancellation occurs after shipment, the refund will be processed according to our standard return policy.

6. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to block accounts and deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or chargeback abuse.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved under Israeli law in the courts of Israel.
